From the 16th December 2009 you will be able to access your copy statements for unit-linked life products and conventional mortgage endowment products online in PDF format.  You can now switch off paper statements so you only receive them online. 

The benefits of using online statements are:

• Secure access - no concerns over intercepted post
• Online archive for copy statements issued from mid-December 2009 onwards – go and retrieve them for up to five years
• Reduced paperwork
• You are able to print your online copy statements if required
• Save paper and help the environment.

How to access online statements

If you would like to stop receiving paper copy statements altogether, please email our agencies team and ask them to stop paper copy statements.

You must be registered to use our secure online services to view your online copy statements.
