We operate a performance related pay scheme, which measures individual performance in relation to competencies and objectives. Our structured appraisal system is the main factor in our salary review, which takes place in January each year. The salary review is market linked and is based on information provided in local and specialist salary surveys.
We provide a comprehensive package of benefits, the highlights of which are listed below. In order to help allow individuals to tailor their package to suit their own needs we give all staff an annual option to 'flex' some of their benefits - pension, holidays and private health care. All our benefits are available to all permanent staff (i.e. those that have completed their three month probationary period), whether full or part-time. Some benefits are subject to certain qualifying criteria, according to either length of service or job band.
