Portal Service restored
We are pleased to tell you that our Portal Online Services have now been restored.
When you come to log-in, you will be prompted to change your password. There are videos and PDF guides below (for clients and for advisers) to guide you through the process.
Once you are logged in, you will have access to all the information and services you had previously - apart from the switching and re-direction functionality. Unfortunately these services will not be available immediately, although we do expect them to be restored shortly. In the meantime, there will be a temporary workaround clearly displayed on Portal.
Access to Portal was temporarily suspended while we carried out an extensive system migration. We appreciate the temporary suspension has caused you and your customers considerable inconvenience and we would like to apologise for that and to thank you for your patience.
