We have been notified by the Board of Directors of abrdn SICAV I of upcoming changes to the investment objective, policy, and name of the underlying fund of our abrdn SICAV I Global Innovation Equity (USD) mirror funds. The changes will take effect from 1 December 2025.

Janus Henderson Horizon Fund has notified us of SFDR related updates to the underlying funds of various Janus Henderson funds in our mirror fund range. This took effect 23 October 2025.

We have been notified by HSBC Global Investment Funds of its decision to liquidate the underlying fund of our L14 HSBC Russia Equity mirror fund, which has been suspended since March 2022. Please read the fund update for further information on how this affects in force policies holding the suspended mirror fund.

We have been notified by Franklin Templeton Investments (Asia) Limited of its changes to the underlying funds of various Franklin Templeton funds in our mirror fund range. This took effect 22 September 2025.

We have been notified by Franklin Templeton Investment Funds of upcoming changes to the underlying fund of our Templeton BRIC mirror funds. The changes will take effect from 9 December 2025.

We have been notified by Franklin Templeton Investments (Asia) Limited of a change to the investment management structure of the underlying fund of our mirror fund P52 Templeton Latin America. This will take effect 1 October 2025.

We have been notified by Janus Henderson Horizon of an upcoming change to the underlying fund of our Janus Henderson Horizon Pan European Mid and Large Cap mirror funds. This will be effective from 8 September 2025.

We have been notified by Allianz Global Investors Fund (SICAV) of an upcoming change to the underlying funds of various Allianz funds in our mirror fund range. The change will take effect from 19 September 2025.

We have been notified by JPMorgan Funds (Asia) Limited of an upcoming change to the underlying funds of various JPMorgan funds in our mirror fund range. This change will take effect 14 August 2025.

We have been notified by the Board of Directors of BNP Paribas Funds of an upcoming change to the underlying fund of our BNP Paribas Brazil Equity mirror funds. This will be effective from 1 August 2025.

We have received notification from Momentum Global Funds that two of its Harmony Portfolio funds will be closed by way of merger. We will be accepting the Underlying Fund Mergers and switching unit holdings into the corresponding FPIL mirror funds from 22 July 2025.

We have been notified of an upcoming change of name to the underlying fund of our S226 FAB Balanced Allocation (USD) mirror fund. This will take effect from 20 June 2025.

We have been notified by the Board of Directors of abrdn SICAV I of a upcoming change to the underlying fund of our abrdn SICAV I Indian Equity (USD) mirror funds. This will commence with effect from 7 July 2025.

We have received notification from Robeco Capital Growth Funds of its intention to close the underlying fund of our L98 Robeco Global Gender Equality mirror funds. Accordingly, we have taken the decision to close the affected mirror funds and remove them from the FPIL fund range from 17 June 2025.

We have been notified by Invesco of an upcoming change to the underlying funds of various Invesco funds in our mirror fund range. The change will take effect from 24 June 2025.

We have been notified by Robeco Capital Growth Funds of upcoming changes to the underlying funds of various Robeco funds in our mirror fund range. These changes will take effect from 7 May 2025.

We have been notified by GAM Star Fund p.l.c of a change to the underlying fund of our GAM Star Global Flexible mirror funds, to take effect from 14 May 2025.

We have been notified by Janus Henderson Horizon Fund of a change to the underlying fund of our Janus Henderson Horizon Asia-Pacific Property Income mirror funds, to take effect from 14 May 2025.

We have been notified by JPMorgan Asset Management of upcoming changes to the underlying funds of various JPMorgan funds in mirror fund range. These changes will take effect from 17 April 2025.

We have received notification from Ninety One Fund Managers UK Limited of its intention to close the underlying fund of our Ninety One Multi Asset Protector mirror funds. Accordingly, we have taken the decision to close the affected mirror funds and remove them from the FPIL fund range from 15 May 2025.

We have been notified by the Board of Directors of abrdn SICAV I of upcoming changes to the underlying funds of various abrdn funds in our mirror fund range. These changes will take effect from 7 May 2025.

The dates provided impact sub-funds where all trading will be suspended during the months of 2025. This is as a consequence of public holidays affecting the trading of the underlying funds.

We have been notified by DWS Invest of upcoming changes to the underlying fund of our DWS Invest Global Agribusiness mirror funds. The changes will take effect from 25 April 2025.

We have been notified by BlackRock Global Funds of an upcoming change to the underlying fund of our BlackRock Sustainable Energy mirror funds. The change will take effect from 6 May 2025.

We have been notified by Principal Global Investors (Ireland) Limited of a proposed name change to the underlying fund of our Principal European Responsible Equity (USD) mirror funds. If approved this will take effect on or about 31 March 2025.

We have been notified by Schroder International Selection Fund of changes to the underlying fund of our Schroder Strategic Bond (USD) mirror funds. These changes will take effect from 8 April 2025.

We have been notified by Fidelity Funds of upcoming changes to the underlying funds of various Fidelity mirror funds in our range. These changes will take effect from 28 March 2025.

We have received notification from HSBC Global Investment Funds of upcoming coming changes to its HSBC Global Equity Climate Change fund. This will take effect 30 April 2025.

We have received notification from Quilter Investors of its intention to close the underlying funds of the Quilter Cheviot mirror funds in the FPIL ranges. Accordingly, we have taken the decision to close the affected mirror funds and remove them from the FPIL fund ranges from 20 March 2025.

We have received notification from Allianz Global Investors Fund (SICAV) of various changes to its Emerging Asia Equity and Total Return Asian Equity funds. These changes will take effect 28 March 2025.

We have been notified by Columbia Threadneedle Funds Management Limited of objective, policy and benchmark changes to the underlying fund of our mirror fund, CT Responsible Global Equity (GBP). The changes will take effect from 24 March 2025.

We have been notified by Schroders Unit Trusts Limited of upcoming changes to the underlying fund of our Schroder Global Cities (GBP) fund. These changes will take effect from 1 April 2025.

We have been notified by the board of directors of Barings Umbrella Fund plc of upcoming changes to the underlying fund of our Barings Developed and Emerging Markets High Yield Bond Fund. These changes will take effect from 5 February 2025.

We have received notification from Kotak Funds of various changes to their India ESG and India Midcap funds. These changes took effect 17th January 2025.

We have received notification from GAM Star Fund plc of changes to the objective and policy of various underlying funds of our Mirror funds. Effective date 27 November 2024

We have been notified by the board of directors of Natixis International Funds (Lux) I, of the changes to the underlying fund of FPIL mirror fund L42 Natixis Harris Associates Global Equity. These changes will take effect from 3 December 2024 (the “Effective Date”).

We have been notified by Barings International Fund Managers (Ireland) Ltd, of changes to the underlying fund of the FPIL mirror fund J46 Barings Korea Feeder. These changes will take effect from 31 October 2024 (the “Effective Date”).

Momentum Global Funds has notified us of a change of name to their funds which will affect two of our FPIL Mirror Funds. This will be effective 23 September 2024.

JPMorgan Funds (Asia) Limited has advised that it will be merging its JPMorgan Indonesia fund; as a result the FPIL mirror fund L36 JPMorgan Indonesia will be closed with effect from 20 September 2024.

With effect 25 November 2024, all unit-linked Hong Kong designated policyholder assets will be segregated from non-Hong Kong designated policyholder assets in order to comply with our Hong Kong regulatory obligations. A Hong Kong designated policyholder is anyone whose FPIL policy application was processed through our Hong Kong branch, regardless of where they were resident at the time of the application.

Fidelity Funds has made an interim return of capital payment in relation the underlying fund of the suspended L99 Fidelity EMEA Side-Pocket (USD) FPIL mirror fund. This has been applied to affected policies by way of a unit adjustment, with effect 23 July 2024.

We have made the decision to close a number of Emirates funds and remove them from the FPIL fund range with effect from 16 October 2024.

We have been notified by Fidelity Funds of upcoming changes to the underlying funds of various Fidelity mirror funds in our range. These changes will take effect from 30 July 2024.

The board of directors of Emirates NBD SICAV has notified us of its decision to terminate and liquidate the underlying funds of FPIL mirror funds R94 Emirates NBD Balanced Managed and R95 Emirates NBD Active Managed. These were closed to new investment effective 19 June 2024 and liquidation is expected to be finalised on or around 1 July 2024.

We have made the decision to close a number of Invesco funds and remove them from the FPIL fund range with effect from 25 September 2024.

Invesco Funds has notified us of amendments to the underlying fund of our P75 Invesco Sterling Bond mirror fund. These changes will take effect 15 July 2024.

Ninety One Global Strategy Fund has notified us of changes to the underlying fund of our J43 Ninety One GS Global Multi-Asset Income mirror fund. These changes will take effect from 31 May 2024.

We have been notified of changes to the underlying funds of the Robeco Capital Growth mirror funds in our range, which are expected to take effect 27 May 2024.

We have made the decision to close R69 DWS Noor Precious Metals Securities and remove it from the FPIL fund range with effect from 30 July 2024.

Schroder International Selection Fund has notified us of changes to the underlying fund of our J39 Schroder ISF US Smaller Companies Impact (USD) mirror fund. These changes took effect on 14 March 2024.

Schroder International Selection Fund has notified us of upcoming changes to the underlying fund of our P92 Schroder Strategic Bond (USD) mirror fund. These changes will take effect from 8 May 2024.

Schroder International Selection Fund has notified us of upcoming changes to the underlying fund of our Schroder Global Multi-Asset Income mirror funds. These changes will take effect from 8 May 2024.

Franklin Templeton Investment Funds has notified us of various changes to the underlying fund of our P51 Franklin Mutual European mirror fund, which will take effect 27 March 2024.

We have been notified of changes to the underlying funds of the Quilter Investors mirror funds in our range, which are expected to take effect 2 April 2024.

Blackrock Global Funds has notified us of changes to the investment strategy for the underlying funds of our mirror funds L83 Blackrock United Kingdom (GBP) and P56 Blackrock Japan Opportunities. This will take effect 23 February 2024.

Invesco Funds has advised that it will be merging its Invesco Global Targeted Return fund; as a result the FPIL mirror fund L48 Invesco Global Targeted Returns (USD) HDG) will be closed with effect from 7 February 2024.

Invesco Funds has notified us of various changes to the underlying fund of our J38 Invesco Emerging Markets Equity mirror fund. The changes are effective 1 February 2024.

Janus Henderson Horizon Fund has notified us of various changes to the underlying fund of our P63 Janus Henderson Horizon European Growth (USD) mirror fund. The changes are effective 10 November 2023.

In March 2022, we provided notification that Canaccord Genuity Investment Funds Plc were making branding changes to its fund range which impacted our CGWM mirror funds. The changes saw the CGWM pre-fix on the CGWM fund names change to Canaccord Genuity. We will now be applying additional name changes to the mirror funds to better reflect the names of the underlying funds of our Canaccord Genuity mirror funds.

Allianz Global Investors Fund has notified us of changes to the investment objectives and investment restrictions to the underlying fund of our R44 Allianz Total Return Asian Equity mirror fund. The changes will take effect from 29 September 2023.

Invesco Funds has notified us of a change to the China Stock Connect limit on the underlying fund of J02 Invesco Asian Equity with effect from 8 August 2023.

Following the suspension of trading on the underlying fund of P48 Barings Eastern Europe in March 2022, due to the situation in Ukraine; Baring International Fund Managers has advised it will transfer the liquid portion of underlying assets to a new fund with effect 21 July 2023.

Fidelity Funds has has decided to create a new share class of the underlying fund of L12 Fidelity EMEA to hold its Russian Assets with effect from 5 June 2023

We have been notified of a name change to the Aberdeen Standard SICAV I, which affects four mirror funds in our range. The name change to abrdn SICAV I will take effect 5 June 2023

Ninety One Fund Managers has notified us of changes to the investment objective and target benchmark to the underlying fund of our P41 Ninety One Global Income Opportunities mirror fund. The changes will take effect on, or shortly, after 3 July 2023.

Allianz Global Investors Fund has notified us of changes to the investment objectives and investment restrictions to the underlying fund of our R63 Allianz Japan Equity mirror fund. The changes will take effect from 30 May 2023.

We have received notification from JP Morgan Asset Management of a change to the level of exposure permitted to China A-Shares and B-Shares to the underlying funds of our mirror funds J32 JPMorgan Pacific Securities, J34 JPMorgan Asia Growth and R08 JPMorgan ASEAN. These changes will take effect on 28 April 2023.

Fidelity International has notified us of a name change to the underlying funds of our L60 and L62 Sustainable Cash mirror funds. The name changes will take effect 11 April 2023.

We have received notification from Fidelity International of an upcoming change to the investment policy of the underlying fund of R91 Fidelity Multi Asset Open Strategic (GBP). These changes will take effect from 29 March 2023.

The dates provided impact sub-funds where all trading will be suspended during the months of 2023. This is as a consequence of bank holidays affecting the trading of the underlying funds.

Directors of OneShare plc, have proposed the merger of the underlying funds of our mirror funds S225 NBAD Conservative Managed and S227 NBAD Growth Managed to take effect on 7 February 2023. This is subject to receiving the required majority vote at an EGM on 23 January 2023 and approval of the Central Bank of Ireland. If the merger is approved, we will be closing the NBAD mirror funds on 2 February 2023, just ahead of the merger. (Merger update as of 24/01/23 - Merger was approved, therefore closures will proceed).

Following a review of our mirror fund range we have taken the decision to remove mirror funds L03, L04, L05 and L06 from the range with effect from 1 March 2023. We no longer accept any new investment instruction into these funds from 29 December 2022.

We have received notification from the Board of Directors of Ninety One Global Strategy Fund of the following upcoming changes to the underlying funds of the Affected Mirror Funds. These changes will take effect from 13 June 2022

We have been notified by JP Morgan Funds ("JP Morgan") of the following changes to the underlying fund into which the FPIL mirror fund L95 - JPM Socially Responsible (USD) invests. These changes will take effect as of 25 February 2022 (the “Effective Date”), and the mirror fund will also be amended accordingly.

We have received notification from Schroder Investment Management (Europe) S.A. (the “Company”) of its decision to merge the Schroder International Selection Fund – Middle East (“the Merging Fund”) which is the underlying fund of the above named mirror fund, into the Schroder International Selection Fund – Frontier Markets Equity (the “Receiving Fund”) with effect from 21 February 2022 (the “Merger Date”).

We have been notified by Ninety One Fund Managers UK Limited (the “Company”) of the upcoming change to the name, investment policy and clarification of the investment objective of the underlying fund of P41 Ninety One Cautious Managed. These changes will take effect from 4 October 2021 (the “Effective Date”).
