Change of investment manager to the underlying fund of R12/R139 DWS Global Agribusiness

We have been notified by Deutsche Asset Management that with effect from 15 September 2016, Global Thematic Partners, will be replaced by Deutsche Asset Management Investment GmbH as the investment manager of the underlying fund into which R12/R139 DWS Global Agribusiness invests.
