We have been notified by Pictet (“the Company”) that with effect from 31 July 2017, there will be a change of investment manager for the underlying fund of L21Pictet Global Environmental Opportunities.
The Company states:
“The board of directors (the “Board of Directors”) of Pictet (the “Company”) wishes to inform you that due to an internal reorganisation of the Pictet Group it has been decided that the Compartments which are currently managed by Pictet Asset Management Limited which had appointed Pictet Asset Management S.A. as sub‑manager will, as from the net asset value calculated as at 31 July 2017, only be managed by Pictet Asset Management S.A.
Please note that this change will not affect the way that the Compartments are managed and will not cause an increase of the management fee.”
