Investment Manager change for underlying funds of M84 Franklin US Government and J60 Templeton Emerging Markets

We have been notified by Franklin Templeton Investment Funds (“The Company”) of the following changes to the investment management structure of the underlying funds of the above named mirror funds. These changes will come into effect from 20 December 2019 (the “Effective Date”).
